Online Letter of Authorization (Online LOA)

    Identity Verification

    Once your payment goes through, the website will guide you through a quick identity check to start your online Letter of Authorization (LOA). You will just need to upload a clear photo of your valid ID and take a quick live selfie following the on-screen guidelines.

    Assign Someone to Receive your Order

    After the system verifies your identity, simply enter your chosen representative's full name and date of birth—just make sure they are of legal age and will be at your registered delivery address when the order arrives. Please note that your representative must be trustworthy and a responsible person to receive the order on your behalf.

    As soon as you submit the form, you will get a confirmation letting you know everything is successfully set up!

Request to Change Delivery Date

    Initiate the request by clicking the Select a Delivery Date button in the Delivery Schedule section.
