The following customer services are available for your order. You may select the service you need and follow the steps to complete your request.

Assigning an Authorized Person to Receive the Order

    Select the Authorized Person to Receive option

    In the Authorized Person to Receive section, click on the Assign Authorized Person to Receive button.

    ID Verification

    Verify your identity by submitting a valid government-issued ID.

    Provide APR details

    Enter the details of your authorized representative, including their name, birthday, relationship to you, and the valid ID they will present upon delivery.

    Signing of LOA (Letter of Authorization)

    Digitally sign the letter of authorization to finalize the process.

Request to Change Delivery Date

    Select the delivery schedule option

    Initiate the request by clicking the Select a Delivery Date button in the Delivery Schedule section.

    Choose from the available delivery dates

    Select your preferred delivery date from the available options for your order and confirm.
